Search for an Offer Campaign

The search feature on the Offer Campaigns screen allows you to search for a specified text string anywhere within several commonly-used Campaign fields, including name, tag, and Offer Campaign Category. You can also filter the Offer Campaigns screen to show only Offer Campaigns with a specified status or effectivity range.

To search for an Offer Campaign:

  1. Select Campaigns from the top navigation bar, then select Campaigns > Campaigns from the side navigation menu. The Offer Campaigns screen is displayed.

  2. Optionally, in the Search field, enter the desired text string.

  1. Optionally, from the Status drop-down menu, select a status value: Archived, Draft, or Published. The default is Any Status.

  2. Optionally, from the Effectivity drop-down menu, select an effectivity range: Always effective, Effective in the future, or Effective now. The default is Any effectivity.

  3. Click the Search icon. The screen is refreshed to show only the Offer Campaigns that meet your search criteria. If you entered multiple search criteria, the Offer Campaign must meet ALL criteria.

  1. To sort the search results, select the desired sort order from the Sort By drop-down menu. The default sort order is by: Internal Name.

  2. Optionally, to remove all search criteria and revert to the default criteria, click the Clear icon.

Once you have found the desired Offer Campaign, click it to view the Offer Campaign Details screen (see View an Offer Campaign for more information).
